Suspension Bands.

The first version of FACTOR F ® introduces suspension bands. Suspension bands make it possible to work the body in all three planes using as your own body as resistance. The feeling of working out is incredible and the exercises are easy and fun. Once this class is tested it becomes addictive and the results are seen in less than a month.


The second strategy of FACTOR F ® is that of training in a six station circuit. It combines simple exercises using props such as kettle bells, bands, barbells, medicine balls etc or just the weight of the body. Several muscle groups are involved at the same time, which results in a considerable increase in the metabolism and aerobic and anaerobic capacities. It is an effective, dynamic and fast training program.
