Virtual Fitness allows gyms, clubs and fitness centers to run classes in their Group Fitness or Cycling studio by Video, using a projector or large Led screen, which means members can request or have scheduled workouts at off-peak periods of the day.
The goal of Virtual Fitness is to provide an alternative option for members to do group fitness when unable to attend a LIVE class. Also, if pressed for time there are 15, 30 or 45 min class options.
