It’s a simple concept: People will be more likely to exercise if they find a workout that appeals to them. Radical Virtual on-demand mode offer classes for a wide range of interests — from cycling to yoga to kickboxing or simple stretching.

Make it flexible
People come in all shapes, sizes, and fitness levels. Radical Virtual has a full video library to provide workouts for any person, unfit or super fit.

Make it accesible
The whole point of virtual fitness is that people can take part at any time during the day, provided of course that the studio is available. If pressed for time (short lunch or work breaks) we also provide shorter (15 minutes) workouts.
